Over the weekend, Mike and Ian went back into Mr. Fix It mode.  Hooray!  The audio portion of the car dvd player pooped out on us a couple of months back.  The picture was great, but we had no sound.  Now it’is finally fixed!  Mike and Ian took apart the dash of the car and went to work.  It was a bit tricky but in the end it was worth it. 

Initially, we had the, oh so common problem of no reception in conjested or high altitude areas. Shortly after a trip to Tahoe, the audio stopped working completely! All along the dvd player screen showed the picture. Mike and Ian installed a $50 part that fixed the problem in a jiffy.  We now have audio.  Way to go guys!
