Over the weekend, Mike finally got the chance to forfill one of his dreams!  Being the owner of a flat screen t.v.

For what seems like years, everytime we’ve gone to Costco, Mike has asked me the same question, “So can we buy a new t.v.?”  or “Just say the word and I’ll buy us that new t.v.”

After much research – of course- and me deciding to finally let go of the monster that is our armoire and the monster sized ancient t.v. in it – we now have a beautiful and very cool flat screened t.v.

Mike also mounted it on the wall so it appears to be floating. The mount allows the t.v. to move forward and back and at different angles. It’s very cool.

Special thanks to Ian, Jaime, and Carl [Juan Carlos] for moving the 400+ pound armoire out of the living room.  Did I mention that Ian and Jaime are both 14 and Carlos is 11?  Thanks to Ned also, for helping put the t.v. and the stand together.
