Mark the date: 5/9/7.  THis day marks the day that Ian asked a girl from school to be his girlfriend. According to the play by play, Ian and his guy friends joined Cindy and her friends in the main hall at school.  Time: lunchtime.  Ian and Cindy stepped away from the freinds to chit chat.  He asked her, she said yes. 

She rejoined the girls who were all gathered together and giggling.  As Ian turned to join the guys, they all started clapping and whooping it up!  And someone yelled out, “Now you can kiss your bacchelor days goodbye!” [what the?!]

Interesting fact: We met Cindy  the day she was brought home from being born!  Cindy and her family lived next door to the first home we owned!  Small world.  My only picture of her is of her when she is about 1 year old.
