Three pounds down…

On Monday, I started the Special K Challenge Diet. Basically, you eat two bowls of Special K [you have five different types of Special K to choose from...], plus your regular dinner, and drinks as usual.Â
Do this for two weeks and lose ten pounds. I’ve done it since Monday and have lost three pounds as of last night. I’m surprised that I wasn’t stark raving starved at the end of the day. As the days go by, I’ve become trained to eat less for breakfast and lunch and I feel fine.
Weird. I’ll report the final outcome next week.
