Since Amelie and the Travelocity ads, I have a new obsession: garden gnomes.

This new obsession led me into my favorite world: Ebay…  On a hunt for the oh so perfect new family member. Guess what? I found triplet gnomes, two of which you can see in the picture!

While talking to Gary’s dad today, I told him of my new found interest, his garden is full of plaster bunnies and one gargoyle.

He told me that he was of Norweigen decent, and that is the birthplace of the garden gnomes. 

These guys are supposed to bring luck to your home and garden.  Cool…
